Your Estate Documents, Done Right — On Us

Most wealth management firms say they handle estate planning. What they usually mean is they ask whether you have documents — and check a box.

We do something different. Through our partnership with Wealth.com, every TSA client can create core estate documents — wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney, and healthcare directives — at no cost. And if you already have documents, we review them against your current goals to make sure they still do what you intend.

What Is Included

Will Creation & Review

Create a new last will and testament through Wealth.com, or have us review your existing will to confirm it reflects your current wishes, guardians, and beneficiaries.

Trust Documents

Establish revocable living trusts and related documents where appropriate, so your assets transfer efficiently and according to your plan.

Financial Power of Attorney

Designate someone you trust to manage your finances if you become unable to act for yourself.

Healthcare Directives

Document your healthcare wishes and name a healthcare proxy, so your medical decisions stay in the right hands.

Specific document types and features depend on the Wealth.com plan selected for each client household.

Our Belief

Estate planning should be an ongoing part of your wealth plan — not a binder that sits on a shelf for twenty years.

How It Works

1

We review what you have

We read your existing estate documents — not just confirm they exist — and check them against your current goals, family situation, and account titling.

2

We identify the gaps

Outdated beneficiaries, missing documents, trusts that no longer match your wishes — we flag everything that needs attention.

3

We coordinate with your estate attorney or provide you with access to create new documents with Wealth.com as appropriate.

Most families are well served by the complimentary estate documents included with our planning. But some clients have more complex needs — blended families, special-needs beneficiaries, business interests, property in multiple states, or significant estate-tax exposure — that call for an estate attorney’s expertise.

In those situations, we will work with your attorney or refer you to someone who can address your specific needs, to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Either way, we stay in the loop so your estate plan and your financial plan work as one.

4

We keep it current

As your life evolves, we revisit your documents in our regular reviews and coordinate with your estate attorney when legal updates are needed.

Why Wealth.com

Wealth.com is a modern estate-planning platform that makes creating and maintaining core documents straightforward.

We chose it because it lets us do what we believe estate planning should be: an ongoing part of your wealth plan, reviewed alongside your investments and retirement strategy — not a binder that sits on a shelf for twenty years.

A note on scope

TSA Wealth Management is a registered investment adviser, not a law firm. We do not practice law or provide legal advice. Complex estates may still need an estate attorney — and when they do, we coordinate directly with yours or refer you to one we trust.
